FrauGruber Brewing

Enzo Frauenschuh en Matthias Gruber richten in 2016 FrauGruber Brewing op en brouwden hun eerste bieren als Gipsy Brouwerij.

Om alle ideeën en experimenten te kunnen blijven uitvoeren en kwantitatief en conceptueel te groeien, moest er een eigen brouwerij komen. Sinds januari 2020 is deze brouwerij een feit.

Er wordt zo veel mogelijk gewerkt met regionale en eerlijke producten. De 13 giststammen die bij de productie worden gebruikt, kweken ze zelf op om zowel de kwaliteit van de gist als de kwantiteit van de gistcellen zelf te kunnen controleren.

De gebruikte internationale hopsoorten uit landen als de VS, Australië, Tasmanië, Nieuw-Zeeland en natuurlijk Beieren worden rechtstreeks ingekocht bij de hopboer.
