Een eenvoudig bleek moutkoren met tarwe en haver vormt de basis van dit bier.
Verzuurd met lactobacillusculturen en gefermenteerd met huisgist. Abrikozenpulp werd toegevoegd aan Franse eiken Chardonnay vaten en gevuld met het basisbier.
In de loop van 7 maanden heeft de interactie tussen gist, lactobacillus en het fruit een complexer bier gecreëerd met zoetheid van het fruit, zuurheid en een ongelooflijk Chardonnay-karakter.
