This quad IPA is brewed with oats and 2-row hops. A spicy sidehop with juicy Citra is dry-hopped in the fermenter with a few New Zealand favorites: Riwaka, Wai-iti, and Pacific Jade. Conditioned with dollops of wildflower honey. Notes of grapefruit honey, peach tea, and timut peppercorns. 11.0% alcohol.
