 Untappd:  4.04

Tranquility (8.5%) is a version of a Hazy White DIPA, fermented with a mix of Belgian white yeast and LAIII. It’s smooth, round and a little spicy, just as it should be.

The base is made up of Golden Promise, wheat and oats, which provides a supple body for the hops to rest on. Nelson Sauvin Cryo and Citra Cryo go into the whirlpool, followed by a double dry hop of El Dorado, more Nelson Sauvin and more Citra Cryo. Expect bright white grapes, lime, ripe pear and some candied tropical flavours, layered without being overpowering.
