The Root is a DIPA brewed with all Simcoe hop varieties. It's a beautifully simple beer built on a soft malt base and fully hopped, liberally adding Simcoe throughout the process.
We taste notes of mandarin flesh, stone fruit and grapefruit. We are very excited to share this high octane from Simcoe with you!
