In collaboration with the Hungarian Confectionery Association and the Édes Vonal confectionery in Vác, they created a beer version of the Hungarian Cake in 2024.
This time, we conceived Mákvirág as a strong, fruity yet pastry-focused sour. This sour beer blends the flavors of crispy grilled cheese, black sesame, tart berries, and creamy white chocolate into a complex whole.
