Space Trace (2026)

This Stasis release, originally launched in 2016, quickly became a fan favorite. Not only because of the intense coconut flavor, but also because of the unmistakable "coconut flakes" that became a mark of honor.

This year's release builds upon that legacy. A stout with 13.7% alcohol, aged in bourbon barrels, built on a rich, complex base and then filled with over 270 kilos of coconut.

On the nose, you smell toasted coconut, dark chocolate, and the warmth of bourbon. The taste follows with waves of coconut cream, bittersweet cocoa, and a deep, velvety stout base, all enveloped by smooth barrel aging. It is bold, delicious, and yet beautifully balanced.
