Aged for a year in Old Elk wheated bourbon barrels, then another 6 months in freshly emptied rye barrels, and blended with a freshly brewed batch to achieve just the right amount of balance. Finally it was lagered for two months with freshly roasted coffee from Time and Tide roasters.
