For the initial release we’ve gone for a classic DDH IPA with a glossy base of flaked oats and malted barley, with Idaho 7 and El Dorado in the whirlpool for pulpy citrus and overripe tropical fruit flavours. Dry-hopping with Amarillo gives the beer both intensely dank notes as well as some zesty floral character, mimicking the bold contrast in the artwork featured on the label by Scottish artist Jock.
