Parallels is a Double Barrel Aged version of the Parfait base - a blend of Barrel Aged and Oak Aged Imperial Stouts that were blended and then brought back (double aged) at Willett Barrels. After this final maturation, we topped it off with freshly ground cinnamon sticks, vanilla beans, and barrel-aged maple syrup!
