Deze NE DIPA van Panzer wordt gebrouwen met grote hoeveelheden van de zeldzame wilde MEDUSA-hop uit de hooglanden van New Mexico. Deze hop heeft een rijk aroma van rijpe meloen, papaja en abrikoos gecombineerd met kruidige tonen van peper, hout en dennenhars. Omdat hop recentelijk onder beschermde omstandigheden wordt verbouwd, is deze schaars en wordt zeldzaam voor bieren gebruikt.
