This cloudy NE IPA reveals a pleasant bouquet of exotic tropical fruits and a sweet initial taste. The light malt sweetness tempers the mild bitterness, which, flanked by fruity and resinous notes, transitions into a dry finish. The brewers have unhesitatingly added five different hop varieties to the base profile of soft oats and complex esters from fermentation, to unravel the mysterious joy of hoppy beers.
