Kombine 2025 is an unfiltered, full-bodied blond beer with a subtle hoppy aroma. A first for St. Bernardus, as they have never brewed a bottom-fermented beer before. Furthermore, this beer does not undergo secondary fermentation in the bottle, another first in their brewing tradition. And if that is not challenging enough, they have also committed to brewing this beer according to the German Reinheitsgebot! They used Weihenstephan yeast and a mix of hops from both Brouwerij ST.Bernardus and Weihenstephan.
