This year, they're once again presenting their annual barrel-aged Mexican Imperial Stout, now enhanced with cocoa, vanilla, and a blend of Aji Mirasol, Aji Panca, and Guajillo peppers. Deep chocolate and roasted malt notes are complemented by creamy vanilla sweetness, while the peppers add layered warmth with earthy, smoky, subtly fruity, and slightly spicy flavors. The bourbon and whiskey barrels add richness and complexity, with the caramel, toasted oak, and vanilla of the bourbon balanced by the subtle spice and dry oak of the whiskey, resulting in a smooth, rounded finish.
