TDH IPA – Dry-hopped with Nelson Sauvin.
Well! What can we say? This is a single-hopped, triple dry-hopped version, a dream for Nelson Sauvin. We used this absolute stunner of a New Zealand hop at every stage of the brewing process and then triple dry-hopped it to ensure we got our message across. It's wonderfully dry and full of grape skin, passion fruit, crisp white wine, and a deep, earthy, moist flavor. Dense, juicy, and surprisingly complex. A true Sauvin celebration!
