This is one of 11 releases of barrel aged Imperial Russian Stout. One brew, split into 11 different barrels and left to develop and absorb the character and flavor embedded in the wood. This one has been in a 14 year old Caribbean Rum Cask and has notes of raisins, with caramelized demerara sugar. These will develop over time, but this is excellent to drink now.
