This Braggot is a blend of a Bourbon barrel-aged stout from Galea Brewery and an orange blossom mead from The Blacksmith Meadery. The blend was then aged for five months in a re-toasted maple Bourbon barrel. The barrel originally held Bourbon, then maple syrup; the staves were then removed and treated with a sort of flamethrower to caramelize the remaining syrup.
