It was bound to happen eventually; we have finally brewed our very first Hazy Triple IPA: Hot Pot Jacuzzi! We really went all out with this 10% TIPA featuring our biggest dry hop to date: over 30g/L of Citra, Strata (CGX & Hyperboost), and the Crop Selected Nelson Sauvin from Freestyle Hops! It is a powerful, hoppy beer with a velvety texture, without being too sweet. We taste plenty of clear and intense Nelson Sauvin, pineapple-kush, passion fruit, mandarin, peach, and a hint of strawberry.
