Edward (1917-2002) is the grandfather; Hill Farmstead Brewery stands on the land where he and his five children once lived. In his honor, this American Pale Ale is carefully brewed with American malted barley, an abundance of American hops, brewer's yeast, and water from Edward's well. The beer is unfiltered and dry-hopped. Aromatic and floral, with hints of citrus and pine. Pale and caramel malts; Centennial, Chinook, Columbus, Simcoe, and Warrior hops; House Ale yeast.
