This Congruity series uses the art of blending and collaboration to create a beer that transcends its individual elements. In May 2022, they invited their esteemed friends from Bofkont and Tommie Sjef to join them in Copenhagen, along with base beer from what they considered their best barrels, and they contributed a special blend of their one- and two-year-old Danish Wild beer. A methodical mixing and tasting session followed, ultimately finding a blend that cohesively brings out the best of each of their beers. This bottle is a combination of equal portions of the blend aged for 16 months in Moscatel de Setúbal barrels from Portugal and Premier Cru wine barrels from Bordeaux, France before bottling.
