They aged their Danish Wild Ale for two years in Oloroso, Pedro Ximenez and Palo Cortado barrels before creating the final blend. The combination of these Sherry casks creates the perfect balance between sweet and dry, giving a rich and complex blend of roasted nuts, dried fruit and spices to this Danish Wild Ale.
