A bold, tart pastry flavor. The inspiration came from a trip by the Elmeleven team to Poland, where they tasted a traditional Polish blueberry bun for the first time—a flavor they wouldn't soon forget. They decided to recreate that flavor in a beer form. A generous amount of blueberries on a sweet malt base, finished with the aroma of soft, freshly baked buns, creates an intense blueberry profile. The deep, natural color of the berries completes the experience.
