For friends of: fruity pale ales with a pleasant malt body, balanced, harmonious bitterness and nice drinkability - without losing any of their complexity.
Not for friends of: bang bitter or super caramel-chunky pale ales.
Aromas: Fruity-tart hop notes, especially in the form of citrus and mango, combine with the stone fruit aromas of our two top-fermented ale yeasts from London and Vemont and meet slightly grainy, caramel-like malt notes.
