Hazy IPA brewed in collaboration with Fidens with Phantasm and Nelson Sauvin
This is an IPA so full-bodied, they couldn't brew it alone! Their friends from Fiden's Brewing Co. (Colonie, NY) helped create this recipe with two fantastic New Zealand ingredients: Nelson Sauvin hops and dried Sauvignon Blanc grapes. The result is ridiculous! Loaded with notes of gooseberry from the hops, passion fruit from the fermentation and white grape from the grapes!
