Blackout Brewing

Blackout Brewing is een gipsy brouwerij die in november 2017 vanuit de garage zijn gestart. Het eerste bier wat gebrouwen werd was een IPA en wordt door de brouwer Adi beschouwt als één van de beste bieren die hij gebrouwen heeft. Na jaren van flink experimenteren deed hij mee aan de Bereta Brewing Community-wedstrijd met zijn eigen suggestie: een vanille-ontbijtstout. Deze werd goed ontvangen en hij behaalde uiteindelijk de 2e plaats.

Met een steeds groeiend assortiment bieren bereikte Blackout in mei 2020 een nieuwe belangrijke mijlpaal en werd de best beoordeelde Roemeense brouwerij op Untappd. Tegenwoordig worden er vollop bieren in vaten gerijpt. De barrel aged bieren van Blackout Brewing ontvangen hoge beoordelingen op Untappd, dat maakte ons nieuwsgierig en inmiddels zijn wij ook om. Vakmanschap en durf heeft geresulteerd in een aantal prachtige bieren.
