ARPUS Brewing Co.

Ārpus Brewing Co. is een onafhankelijke micro brouwerij uit Letland. Onlangs zijn ze op Untappd uitgeroepen tot beste brouwerij van de Baltische Staten.

Ārpus betekend letterlijk 'Buiten', waarmee de brouwers willen aangeven dat ze buiten gebaande paden durven te treden. Ze stappen graag uit hun comfortzone om bieren met overweldigende smaken en aroma's te creëeren.

Er wordt regelmatig samen gewerkt met andere experimentele brouwers, zo zijn er al colabs met Northern Monk, Neon Raptor, Blech Brut, Atelier der Braukünste, Sori, Pühaste, AF Brew en vele anderen.
