De auteur is toevallig ook onze hoofdbrouwer, Jorge Fortuna Tomé. Om dit bier nog specialer te maken hebben we Jamil Zainasheff uitgenodigd, een icoon in de craft beer scene in de VS en vriend van de brouwerij. Het schenkt donkerrood, geur van brood en karamel met een lichte bloemige noot van de edele hop. Drinkt intens, licht gerookt en blijft hangen met een medium bitterheid. Een blik op het verleden om de toekomst te omarmen.
