Een mix van Double Barrel (Bourbon & Sherry), Aged Imperial Stout en Tequila Barrel Aged Mead
Mead Scientist staat ​​op het punt hun eerste Barre Project stout-mead hybride uit te brengen en ze kunnen niet enthousiaster zijn. Zo kozen ze een medium-dry imperial stout die bijna 2 jaar in 2 vaten heeft gerijpt (eerst Bourbon, daarna Oloroso sherry) en ze mixten deze met een zoete mede die ruim een ​​jaar in een tequilavat heeft gezeten.
