Een samenwerking die al lang in de maak is. Central Waters geeft de vers gebruikte bourbon vaten aan B&E's Trees, waar ze een lang proces ingaan met hun prachtige Bourbon Barrel Aged Maple Syrup. Daarna komt het vat terug en laten ze er een Imperial Stout in rijpen , die de aardse noten van de Wisconsin Maple Trees aangeeft aan deze toch al uitstekende barrel-aged stout.
