Alleen bier en vat! Ze hebben dit vooral met dit vat gedaan omdat de brouwers van zijn eigenschappen houden en geloven dat het alles in zich heeft om op zichzelf te schitteren. Het is een vat van Kilchoman, een van de 9 distilleerderijen op Islay, een van de kleinste in Schotland en de enige op Islay die alle productiestappen van de whisky onafhankelijk uitvoert. Van het vat kun je complexe tonen van maritieme turfrook, jodium en rijke kruiden verwachten die in perfecte harmonie zijn met het basisbier dat er 12 maanden in heeft gerijpt.
