They used a trio of exceptional hop varieties: the New Zealand Riwaka and Motueka, along with the American classic Citra. Riwaka provides a strong aroma of citrus zest, grapefruit, and passion fruit; Motueka adds notes of lime, gooseberry, and subtle spices; and Citra envelops it all with a layer of citrus, tropical fruit, mango, and melon.
