La Péché Mortel is a 9.5% stout in which coffee is infused during brewing. The result is an intense beer, whose pronounced roasted aromas mingle with the powerful taste of coffee. Once fermentation is complete, it is aged for several months in oak barrels containing bourbon, imparting aromas of vanilla and wood, complemented by flavors of bourbon.
